1. Returns Policy and Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Evans Bacon Company upholds the highest standard of quality with every purchase. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means you can purchase our meat with confidence. Evans Bacon Company prides itself on personal service and premium cuts from our renowned suppliers of New Zealand quality meat.

If you are not happy with any product you receive from Evans Bacon Company please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will endeavour to remedy any concerns you have. This may result in replacement of the product, or a credit to your account (excluding freighting costs).

Unfortunately, due to all of our goods being perishable, we require that all issues related to the goods that you have purchased be raised with us within 24 hours of receipt.

Claims lodged outside of the 24 hour period will not be eligible for replacement or replacement or credit of your purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

Please note Evans Bacon Company is not obliged by New Zealand Law to provide a refund if a customer has changed their mind, so please choose carefully.

However if you do, please contact us as soon as possible on 06 8677819 and providing we can intercept the goods before they are dispatched with the courier, we will happily exchange the products ordered for other Evans Bacon Company goods or a credit note.
