Q. How does my meat parcel get to me?
A. It will come by fastway courier services as this is the quickest way to distribute our product to its destination throughout all New Zealand. They will deliver it to your door. Note, if you are not home, they will leave you what is called a 'calling card' which will give you a number to call so you can talk to them whether you want it re delivered to you then, or that you would pick it up.
Q. How is my meat parcel kept chilled the whole time that it takes to get to my door?
A. Firstly, we have a special "double insulated" cardboard box, that is taped down so no air can get in or out. The boxes have proven to keep the meat at a cool temperature for two days solid without any condensation on the meat at all.
Secondly, we add ice pads to your order which gives your parcel double security.
Q.How long will it take for my order to get to me?
A. Within 2 days North Island, and within 3-4 days South Island; Due to overnight cooling and delivery.
Q. I work all day and would like to have my order sent to my office. Is that possible?
A. Absolutely, it is not only possible to get your package sent to your office, it is preferable. Rather than leaving the package on your doorstep or arranging to be at home for delivery, you can have it delivered personally to you at work.
Q. If you ran out of a particular product item due to demand, and in my order I brought some, how am I credited?
A. If we were to run out of a particular product item which would not happen often but is possible, you will have nothing to fear for we pack your order before we charge you. We will only charge you for what we put into your parcel.
Q. Do you deliver down South Island?
A. Yes. We can freight to the South Island of New Zealand at a flat rate of $45 (gst inclusive) with a delivery time of 2-3 days. Preferably to a business city address so we can use a chilled transport company for freighting.
